My name is Javier Ocasio, most of my friends call me Franco, some call me Javier and on the web people know me as KoL. I'm 26 years old and I'm from Bayamón Puerto Rico. I finished my B.S. in Computer Science in the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón but I work as a freelance graphic designer and I'm proud to be part of the team of The Skins Factory and Hyperdesk. I've been working with graphics design since 1999 and for the past years graphics, application user interfaces and skinning are my hobbies and job. Most of my creations are skins for the MS Styles format, WindowBlinds skins, Wallpapers, Icons and more.

StudioTwentyEight is something that I started on May 26, 2002. The first version was only a little page with all my themes. Then I started working with more themes, making icons, wallpaper and other skins and the site started get bigger.
